Return and Refund
  1. No exchange, refund, or replacement will be made under any circumstances.
  2. No cancellation will be accepted upon confirmation of purchase.
  3. Refund shall only be provided based on the occurrence as stated in item 4.
  4. In the event of technical malfunction and/or to address the safety issue, we reserve the right to suspend entry to the exhibitions and reschedule, change, or cancel the entry. If you disagree with a new entry time or date proposed by us, WSSB shall provide a full refund to you however shall not be held responsible for any costs that you may incur for travel, accommodation, and other forms of compensation.
  5. If the park is closed on the scheduled ticket date due to unforeseen circumstances, patrons are allowed to request for change of date.
